This blueberry mint mojito will be your favorite summer cocktail - light and refreshing, low sugar, and easy to whip up in 5 minutes!
Ingredients

- 1.5 oz blueberries
- 6 oz lemonade
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1 oz light rum
- splash soda water
- lime wedges
- Optional: 1/2 oz simple syrup
Instructions
1. Muddle - in a cocktail shaker, muddle 1.5 oz blueberries, 4-5 mint leaves, and 1 oz light rum. Strain into lowball glass.
2. Finish & garnish - add ice to cocktail glass, then top with lemonade, simple syrup (if desired), splash soda water, and lime wedge and/or extra mint leaves. Enjoy!
