Ingredients

Fill high speed blender with berries on the bottom, then mango, avocado and peanut butter..biggest frozen fruit should be closest to the blades.

STEP 1

Cover 3/4 of the ingredients with  plant-based milk. Blend quickly to keep frozen fruit from sticking together. 

STEP 2

Start blending on low, increasing speed slowly as fruit blends. Watch for movement in the blender. When it moves well, increase speed. 

STEP 3

Pour into bowl(s) and top with bananas, peanut butter, coconut flakes, and berries. Slivered almonds, peanuts, almond butter also work.
