THE HANGRY CHICKPEA
Fill food processor with beans - softened chickpeas and edamame beans. Make sure all ingredients are warm!
Add the rest of the ingredients: lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, cilantro, tahini, salt and pepper.
Blend until smooth, then drizzle in COLD water (1/4 - 1/2 cup) until hummus reaches desired consistency.
