LEMON

Fill food processor with all ingredients (except olive oil) and blend until smooth. Once smooth (2-3 mins), slowly add olive oil, then cold water if needed. 

STEP 1

Garnish with parsley, pine nuts, and sesame seeds. Serve with pita chips, fresh pita, veggies or tortilla chips. Or spread onto a slice of toast or use in a sandwich.
