This Vegan Tzatziki sauce is a perfect addition to a Vegan Charcuterie Board with hummus, pita, apples, carrots, and tomatoes.

- 10-12 oz Plain Vegan Yogurt You want something thick, not too watery
- ¼ Cup Fresh Dill or 2-3 tablespoon Dried
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Medium Cucumber Grated, and water squeezed out
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ Lemon Juiced
- 1-2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Squeeze out water from cucumber - I like to use a strainer and paper towels. There's more water in there than you would think!
Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl, stir, and taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve with pita, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, or on a sandwich.
