    My plant-based recipes are simple and laid-back, inspired by coastal life. As a person with two full time jobs (my day job, and The Hangry Chickpea), I personally experience the “what’s for dinner” panic almost every weeknight, and know how important it is to cook recipes that come together quickly, are filling, and taste great.
